Civil Litigation Attorney (Texas Licensed | Remote)

Description
We are seeking an experienced defense‑side Civil Litigation Attorney to provide interim litigation support for a busy legal team. This position can be fully remote; however, candidates must hold an active Texas law license. The role is focused on hands‑on litigation work, including drafting and case support, and is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can step in quickly and contribute immediately.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents

+ Assist with motion practice, legal research, and brief writing

+ Support ongoing civil litigation matters in state and/or federal court

+ Prepare amended answers, discovery responses, and other routine filings

+ Assist with depositions, hearings, and case preparation as needed

+ Work collaboratively with attorneys on existing matters
