- Leads large-scale projects effectively, managing a diverse team of professionals and overseeing project scope, budget, and schedules to optimize productivity.

- Manages extensive use of corporate tools and procedures, participates in department interview panels as required, and coordinates seamlessly with other disciplines.

- Evaluates team members' needs, assesses performance, provides direction and guidance, resolves conflicts, and promotes self-certification within the team.
