Civil Technologist – Water

Job Description

A large consulting company with offices across South Africa is looking for a Civil Technologist specialising in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure to join their growing team. This role can be based in Cape Town or Pretoria.

Minimum requirements:

•Candidate must have a B Tech degree in Civil Engineering.

• Registered as a Pr Tech Eng will be advantageous

• Experience in design of water and wastewater treatment plants, associated structures and general civil infrastructure using the indicated software in production of construction drawings and specifications.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, conceptual design, detail design and construction drawings, specifications, contract administration and project management of civil engineering projects.
