Opportunity Description
Purpose of This Role: Regular account visitation to address customer needs or concerns in prompt and professional manner. Maintaining mutually beneficial business relationship with GPs clients by ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims requests and settlement of valid claims. Meeting needs of customers (internal or external) by addressing or resolving customer needs or concerns in a prompt and professional manner protecting the financial interest of the Company.
Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in any medical or business-related discipline
- At least two (2) years experience in life and/or medical claims processing
- Preferably passed Life Office Management Association (LOMA) courses but not required

- Accurate and Efficient Claims Processing
