Job Description
Manages and resolves cargo loss and damage claims within trucking and logistics operations. Investigates claims, reviews shipping documentation, determines liability, and coordinates with carriers, customers, and insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution while minimizing financial exposure.
