Claims Associate (AMK-BC)

• To perform eligibility checks on all Jobseeker Support Scheme applications and activities submission, ensuring that they are approved based on policies and guidelines.
• To clarify with applicants, employers etc should there be any doubts in the supporting documents provided.

• At least A level or Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
• Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
• Detailed and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Work from Office (WFO) - Ang Mo Kio

Work hours: M-F: 8.30am - 6pm
