Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support and resolve enquiries with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Follow up on cases, feedback, and issues to ensure timely resolution within service standards
• Assist customers with portal and mobile application support
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer and service-related matters
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks in accordance with procedures
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance service quality
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
