Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Oversight of high value UK primary losses in Casualty, Motor and Disease ensuring the highest quality of claims handling from their partners. Being able to assess policy coverage, fact investigation, loss evaluation, ensuring an appropriate claim resolution. Set and maintain appropriate and timely reserves in accordance with their guidelinesEnsuring that their claims handling partners (TPA’s & MGA’s) act within the scope of their contractsEnsuring that their internal data and records is kept up to date and accurateKeep Claims Management and other internal stakeholders aware of loss potential and material claim developmentsQualifications required:
