Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with Antares due diligence processTo be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAsAssist the Company Claims Adjusters with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs to be appointed by the CompanyGathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposesQualifications required:
Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essentialExperience required:
Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claimsFamiliarity with Consumer Duty requirements preferred but not essentialClaims experience, with a preference for knowledge of delegated claims practices
