Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly capable and articulate Claims / Forensic Planner to lead delay and disruption analysis on major construction projects in the Philippines. This role is critical to supporting the Project Director in presenting schedule-related findings to client bodies, joint venture (JV) board level, managing claims, and assistance in the guidance of strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring both strong technical delay analysis skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake claim / forensic delay analysis to support extension of time (EOT) claims and potential dispute resolution.
- Work with planning teams to review and interpret baseline, updated, and as-built schedules using Primavera P6, Tilos and other scheduling tools.
