Claims and Returns Specialist

The Company
We are a rapidly growing eCommerce retailer that specializes in luxury indoor and outdoor furniture and home furnishings.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Liaise between customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments (customer service, merchandising, etc.) for claims resolution and returns validation
- Collect claim or return data from customers and vendors
- Accurately and efficiently recording data in internal modules
- Communicate and coordinate claim or return steps with vendors, carriers, and customers in a timely manner, following company SOPs and best practices to achieve successful resolution
- Generate replacement orders, either in full or in part, and process customer refund requests as per company & vendor policies
- Ensure and validate return of goods to appointed warehouse for resale...
