Claims Technician – Claims Management Team

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the triaging of FNOL mailboxes
- Recording new claims in the claims management system
- Processing electronic files from TPAs and/or policyholders
- Entering and reviewing notes in the claims management system as instructed
- Processing payments
- Reviewing, preparing, creating, and/or sending letters, reports, and forms
- Uploading data into the GuideWire claims system
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and seeking efficient workflows
- Assigning new claims to the responsible claims handler based on predefined criteria
- Monitoring and reporting on the inventory of new claims
