Job Description

New Directions Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to work in Primary & Secondary schools in the Cardigan area. We have a high demand for long-term and ad-hoc positions, meaning we can offer work that fits around your schedule. 

Qualifications in the Education and Childcare field are beneficial but those without qualifications and with transferrable skills from previous roles are encouraged to apply. This can include after school clubs, sports coaching, care work, customer service etc.

Welsh speaking is essential for this role.

Creating a good working relationship with a school is imperative whilst representing New Directions to ensure the best possible feedback, and to be requested for further placements.
