To create and maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and to provide positive educational experiences for all students.
ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a minimum of 180 student days of employment during the school year, minus any days of absence. Report to the specified school each day, if the specified school does not need a substitute teacher, then report to a school in the zone which does need a substitute teacher. Assume the student supervision responsibilities of the regular teacher. Be responsible for accurately reporting homeroom attendance in accordance with the procedures at the assigned school. Maintain good classroom control, discipline and management.
