We are looking for a dedicated and caring Classroom Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Brentwood, supporting a child with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.

 The Role

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning
• Support the child’s academic, social, and emotional development
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support strategies
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage confidence, independence, and participation
