School Caretaker - Stockton-on-Tees

Are you a reliable cleaner looking for a local role? We are seeking a hardworking individual to join a leading Facilities Management team for temporary cleaner roles in Stockton-on-Tees (TS17 5BL)

Pay rate: £15.17 per hour

Start date: will be starting tomorrow, long term and will be ongoing

Shifts: 12:30 -18:30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks
Stacking chairs, opening and closing buildings, opening and closing windows
Identify and report faults or hazards, lock and unlock buildings at scheduled times and conduct routine security checks to ensure site safety
Assist with room setups for events and activities
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the site
Carry out basic grounds maintenance (e.g. litter picking, outdoor upkeep)
Respond promptly to alarms and urgent maintenance issuesKey Requirements:
