The Position
This is a 6 month fixed term full-time position that will be supporting the General Services Manager, to ensure the smooth operations of the Environmental Services team. The Environmental Services Manager will be responsible for daily cleaning and waste management operations to ensure Compass meets the Public Private Partnership (PPP) contractual service delivery outcomes, ensuring that that all tasks completed in compliance with the contractual requirements of the site.Manage the delivery of safe and efficient cleaning operations across the hospital (including clinical & non-clinical areas, public areas, infectious cleaning, public areas, routine & non routine cleaning).Compliance with AuditsLead, develop and manage an effective team, including but not limited to rostering and managing client requests and feedback.Monitor financial activities against budget & allocate budget resource...
