Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechatronic modules and systems in a controlled cleanroom environment to exacting quality standards


• Follow technical drawings and production documentation to build mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic sub-assemblies


• Perform precision measurement and inspection using micrometers, calipers, and dial gauges


• Document all quality data and flag deviations proactively


• Adhere to strict cleanroom gowning and contamination control protocols
