Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Wet Etch/Cleans Equipment Technician for a leading Semiconductor company in Austin, TX. This technician will be specialized in Semiconductor Wet Etch Equipment Maintenance will work in their 24/7 main FAB and interact with multiple disciplines. Technician's will be performing complete daily tool checks, will have quick responses to breakdown maintenance, complete scheduled preventative maintenance in a timely manner to minimize stop loss, troubleshoot complex problems, and monitor equipment processes.
Day-To-Day:
- Experience with the following tools is desired: Akrion Gama Hoods, SCP 9400 Wet Hoods, Semitool SAT/SST, SRD's, Mercury FSI, Semitool Box Washers, and Novellus Sabre Platers.
- Troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures for Screen WS820 tool set.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities following standardized work documents.
