Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our boutique based in El Corte Ingles, Puerto Banus, Marbella .

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sales Staff performance by mentoring and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
