Client-Facing Senior Production Support Engineer

AvePoint is seeking a Sr. Production Support Analyst responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical production systems and applications. This client-facing role requires on-site presence at the client's office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, three times a week.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in production support, proficiency in troubleshooting and SQL, and strong communication skills. This role supports global users, so flexibility in scheduling is necessary.
