- Expand the client base business through cold calling and tenders
- Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business, unique needs, and goals
- Communicate effectively with clients and proactively meet or exceed their service expectations to ensure satisfaction
- Attend to and follow up on client requests, queries, and feedback
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
- Perform administrative duties to support ad‑hoc marketing projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in the energy/utilities industry; more experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Executive positions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
