Job Description

  • Expand the client base business through cold calling and tenders
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business, unique needs, and goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients and proactively meet or exceed their service expectations to ensure satisfaction
  • Attend to and follow up on client requests, queries, and feedback
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
  • Perform administrative duties to support ad‑hoc marketing projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in the energy/utilities industry; more experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Executive positions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
