Overview

CACEIS Malaysia is a leading asset servicing business within the global CACEIS network, based in IOI City, Putrajaya. The Client Operations Officer will report to the Manager of the MDS Pricing team and be responsible for timely and accurate security pricing valuation for fund‑administered portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio securities valuation including security pricing, FX & interest rates, stale price analysis, EUCs update and customer support.
• Provide global servicing from the operating location, covering shifts, bank/legal holidays and weekend work as required.
• Maintain daily team statistics and checklist updates.
• Manage relationships with management line and resolve enquiries effectively.
