You will own the complete customer relationship from understanding their laser machine requirements and pain points to coordinating service, repairs, and upgrades, and proactively promoting our revenue-generating offerings including AMC contracts, fiber source repairs, spare parts, and consumables.This is a relationship-first role. Half your time will be spent on the factory floor with customers listening, observing, and solving.
