What the day will look like
- Accounts Receivable tasks such as payment collections, investigation and allocations
- Reconciling large volume of transactions - invoices, loans, payments.
- Premium Funding activities
- Managing aging of Cash on Account
- Processing credit card payment via phone
- Processing credit card refund
- Vetting and review of all other types of refund
- Managing various shared mailboxes
- Regular Debtor Meetings with AU Stakeholders
