Grow the base of independent LOAN CONSULTANTS.

• Recruit new Loan Consultants to grow the base. See targets below.
• Lead and manage new LC onboarding and accreditation and KPI setting.
• Build a network of over 1,000 LCs annually, with targets recalibrated on a quarterly basis
• Elevate LCs’ mastery of product and compliance in 2 months from accreditation through training, on-field monitoring and coaching. .

Grow the base of AGENCIES as main source of volume.

• Improve relationships and re-accredit existing Agencies.
• Recruit and accredit new Agencies that will expand the reach of JKC, not just in NCR but in balance-country.

Revive INACTIVE AGENTS and strengthen relationships for sustained results.
