Client Services Manager

BAYADA is seeking a confident, solutions-oriented **Client Services Manager** for our **Blue Bell, PA Habilitation Office** .

This role is ideal for someone who can think independently and lead with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strong operator who knows how to solve problems, hold boundaries, and keep services moving forward.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate day-to-day client services and staffing needs
+ Manage urgent scheduling issues and changes in the field
+ Partner with office and field teams to support high-quality service delivery
+ Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners
+ Monitor caseload performance, authorizations, and key operational metrics
+ Address challenges directly, make decisions independently, and drive solutions
