Client Services Representative - Medicare Advantage

The Client Service Rep – Medicare Advantage (CSR-MA Sales) will be responsible for contacting prospective members and providing details on CoxHealth Medicare Advantage plans with the goal of enrolling beneficiaries in the plan. Inbound calls and leads provided. Ability to work from home and in an office environment. CSR-MA Sales will be responsible for following Medicare marketing rules and all state and federal guidelines.
