Key Responsibilities
- Collaborator Engagement: act as point of contact for training‑related enquiries and provide clear and timely coordination to clients via email and internal channels.
- Mailbox Management: proactively handle and supervise dedicated mailboxes; ensure all queries and training requests from internal stakeholders and global clients are addressed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Prioritisation: effectively assign Client Specialists and trainers to fulfil training requests received through the Helpdesk and Account Management teams.
- Schedule Optimisation: plan and promote monthly and ad‑hoc classroom sessions, webinars, and seminars to drive client engagement and participation.
- Administrative Excellence: coordinate the issuance of Certificates of Class Attendance and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all training activities.
