Responsibilities
- Assist in developing strategies for client retention in HMO & insurance sectors.
- Communicate with clients to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Monitor client feedback and propose improvements to service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support retention campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client records and report on retention metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder / College Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries (open for interested newbies)
- Proven skills in account management, including client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
