Description

Responsibilities

● Knowing and enforcing the Climbing Wall rules consistently

● Belaying climbers

● Shoe rentals and sanitization

● Completing daily checks and checklists as required

● Customer service (member check-in, etc.)

● Maintaining a courteous and polite demeanor

● Attending staff meetings and trainings as required

● Meeting evaluation expectations (including orientation quizzes and other follow-ups)

● Working special events as needed

● Performing other duties as assigned.

● Verifying member reservations

● Wall opening/closing duties

● Climbing equipment safety inspections

● Teaching Climbing 101 and Learn to Lead classes (if they hold a valid CWI certification)
