• Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries via walk‑ins and phone to provide accurate information
• Register patients efficiently, collect payments, and issue receipts to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately following doctors’ instructions to ensure patient safety
• Communicate with patients to provide updates and follow up on their care as needed
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing medicines and consumables to maintain availability
