Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) .
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
