CLINIC COORDINATOR (HUNTSVILLE, AL)

The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for supervising the clinical staff, currently consisting of 8 Medical Assistants, that support a busy primary care clinic that serves patients through the continuum of life.

Supervises daily clinic activities and work assignments. Assists in development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures. Monitors and maintains schedules, records, equipment and supply inventories. Assists with clinical procedures as required. Assists in planning and implementing educational activities. 

Trains, certifies and assists staff and students in clinical procedures. Answers questions, evaluates employees and ensures procedures are performed according to established protocols.
