Clinic Facilitator - Bowyer Oncology & Treatment Center

Description

In this role you will serve as a key member of the patient care team by providing administrative support to patients, families, and providers within the Bowyer Oncology Center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Act as a primary communication hub for the clinic, managing high-volume phone lines with professionalism, compassion, and excellent communication skills
+ Perform seamless 'warm' transfers by connecting callers to the appropriate oncology sub-specialty while clearly communicating patient needs
+ Assist patients in navigating the clinic phone system and accessing the appropriate care teams and services
+ Coordinate and schedule clinic appointments, chemotherapy treatments, and related ancillary testing and procedures
+ Support efficient clinic operations through accurate coordination of patient requests and provider schedules
