Lead the digitalization strategy for Clinical Operations Redesign workflows using AI and automation Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and oversight Act as a bridge between Clinical, IT/Digital, and Data teams Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working Build best practices and foster a culture of innovation
