As the Clinical Coordinator Orthopaedics, you will work in close partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership across a 55‑bed Orthopaedic Ward. This role offers a meaningful leadership pathway, including opportunities to act in the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) role during periods of planned and unplanned NUM leave, supporting your leadership growth and succession development. Leading day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality, individualised care;
