Clinical Data Reporting Analyst

The analyst will serve as the primary expert for the organization’s EMR and EHR platforms (such as: Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks ). This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of clinical data, from ensuring efficient data entry workflows to generating complex, actionable reports that drive business decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Reporting: Run and automate complex reports from EMRs such as Athena and eCW to support various departments, including business team, data team, clinical operations, and quality management.
• Analysis & Insights: Perform analysis on clinical datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process improvement.
• EMR Optimization: Partner with the practice’s clinical teams to optimize data entry workflows, ensuring that the information being captured is reportable and accurate.
