Position Summary

Clinical laboratory administrators are to provide secretarial assistance to support the laboratory operation management. This role mainly oversees the assigned operating sections, especially on clinical report management, document management, general reporting and document filing. Also, works for continuous improvement in the assigned job scope.

Essential Functions

Day-to-day duties for clinical laboratory administrator vary depending on the laboratory activities and appointed operating sections. However, there are several core tasks associated with this job, including:

• Accession daily routine cases and subsequent follow up actions.
• Update customer information and maintain relationship with customers.
• Support the specimen logistics and subsequent follow up actions.
