Opportunity Description
Overview
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, addressing patient care quality, service delivery, and operational issues.
- Prepare staff schedules, oversee attendance, and support staff development through supervision and performance reviews.
- Work closely with HR, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to align clinic opertions with company-wide processes and compliance.
- Uphold health, safety, and regulatory standards; manage records, reports, and assist with audits and inspections.
- Monitor supply levels, manage petty cash and budget, implement policies, and support marketing and clinic initiatives.
