the Role
We
are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to
join our Cardiac Rehabilitation service within the Cardio-Respiratory
Integrated Specialist Services (CRISS) team. This is an advanced nursing role
where clinical expertise is central, alongside responsibilities in leadership,
education, research, and care coordination.
In
this role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients with cardiac
