We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist with a background in clinical pharmacy to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, youll provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation, all within a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment. Youll be involved in medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and the mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists.
