Clinical Quality Manager

R1 RCM Philippines, INC. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the end-to-end quality assurance function for medical coding operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all coding workflows. This role oversees both transactional QA and QA as a service businesses, and other quality programs that safeguard coding integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a related field, including 5 years in quality management experience with 2+ years of quality managerial experience
• Subject Matter Expert with willingness to perform hands‑on work, including production coding or quality review when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in any medical‑allied field; BS Nursing is preferred.
• Active CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification required.
