:The Clinical Supervisor (RN) leads a team of caregivers to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate care in the home setting. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating patient care, maintaining compliance, and supporting clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Care & Oversight
Develop and oversee care plans from admission to discharge
Conduct in-home supervisory visits and provide direct care as needed
Ensure timely documentation and communicate care updates
Team Supervision
Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff
Participate in hiring and performance management
Support a positive and growth-oriented team environment
