Position Overview

This role is not for everyone, it takes a special kind of person to do this work well. As an Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Clinical Therapist, you will provide direct, hands-on support to children and their families in the environments where life actually happens. Your presence in a family’s home, school, or community can have a powerful and lasting impact, helping stabilize situations, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, in-home therapeutic services to children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs


• Work collaboratively with families to build trust, improve communication, and develop effective coping strategies
