About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Executive (Closer) to join our team. This role is for a money-hungry, extroverted individual with a proven record of getting things done. You will be responsible for closing high-value deals and consistently achieving challenging revenue and activity targets, primarily through remote (over-the-phone) sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on closing deals.
Proactively source a significant portion of your own leads (target: >20% self-sourced revenue).
Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls/meetings to engage prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and deal closure targets.
Maintain a high Lead Conversion Rate and focus on maintaining a high Average Order Value (target: $9,000).
Navigate and manage complex sales objections and comparisons with competitors.
Maintain meticulous records and high computer proficiency using our CRM (Pipedrive). ...
