The ideal candidate will have experience with New York residential purchase and refinance transactions.



The Closing Desk Associate responsible for the specific duties listed below.



Your specific duties will include:

• Act as a liaison between lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to facilitate residential purchase and refinance closings.


• Coordinate and schedule title closers for upcoming transactions.


• Review and understand title reports and ensure all requirements are met prior to closing.
