Cloud Platforms Engineer - Confluent/Kafka

DWS are looking for Cloud Platform Engineers, preferably with Kafka, Confluent Cloud experience (GPC, AWS or Azure) to join our team in Melbourne & assist our client with a major program of work. The successful applicant will have strong & proven Confluent experience, along with Kafka (specifically Confluent Platform but preferably Confluent Cloud), have experience designing/building/supporting event driven services, & have a solid background in DevOps/Platform Engineering/SRE.


Type: Max Term Length: 12 Months +
Start: ASAP
Rate: Up to $, (inc super) or $pd + GST through your ACN -depending on background & experience
Style: Hybrid; 3 days per week in the office

Essential skills & experience:

Knowledge of Kafka infrastructure, but experienced in designing/developing the use cases deployed to Kafka/Kafka Connect/Confluent Cloud
