TOP 3 SKILLS:
- 4 6 years of experience in automotive CMF, program management, or coordination, with hands-on expertise in materials, finishes, and mastering processes.
- High color acuity and proven ability to accurately assess and differentiate colors (capable of passing the Munsell Hue Color Test).
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive CMF projects from concept to execution.
