As a CNC Operator Lead at nVent, you will have the opportunity to lead a team in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Your role will be to ensure flawless execution of machine operations and maintain world-class standards. You will:
- Perform machine set-ups and make minor machine/program adjustments without assistance.
- Pull and prep material from inventory for all operators, ensuring accurate transactions through JDEdwards ERP.
- Keep track of daily and weekly production metrics.
